Cala n Bosc, Son Xoriguer can be found in the south west corner on Menorca. Heading south out of Ciutadella, you will pass the roads leading to the resorts of Sa Caleta, Santandria and Cala Blanca. After a few more kilometers further on the new and splendid looking hotels on the out skirts of the resort come in to view.

This fairly large and some what busy resort, centre's on the attractive marina, which at first glance looks land locked. This is not the case though, as there is a narrow channel leading out to sea from the southern end. Fairly quiet by day the marina comes to life in the evening, with market stalls selling all manner of trinkets, amusement arcades and play areas for the younger end, bustling music bars. Cala'n Bosc has a large variety of restaurants offering everything from the cheep and cheerful burger to a full five course gastronomic delight.

The resort boasts a large selection of fine hotels, large and small apartment complex's, and apart hotels. Cala n Bosc is geared towards the family especially those with older children, the resort is growing fast but the development is all of a high quality.

For a change of scenery the smaller resorts of Sa Caleta, Santandria and Cala Blanca nearer to Ciutadella, with their narrow cala's are only a short bus ride away. Ciutadella the former moorish capital is a must to visit, it's weekly market, designer shops, and sophisticated restaurants make it a great day or evening out.

The resort boasts a couple of good sized beaches, with beach bars and sun beds etc with all manner of water sports including scuba diving. The resort is also the home to the Aqua Rock water park. With four big slides, including the Black hole and the Kamikaze One large pool with both walk-in and jump in areas, A smaller pool with slides small enough for even the littlest ones. A wave machine plus a Jacuzzi in the centre and Life guards everywhere!
